EVIDENCE provides community-based research and evaluation to organizations, government departments and foundations focusing on issues related to youth across Ontario. EVIDENCE involves stakeholders in every key area of the research so organizations and communities can meet both their program and strategic goals. EVIDENCE aims to make research as impactful as possible by helping communities help themselves.

EVIDENCE primarily conducts qualitative research using a participatory approach and is developing its expertise in arts-based methods such as case stories, photovoice and life mapping.

EVIDENCE’s projects meet stakeholders’ information needs by adjusting the scope according to their resources, while building their capacity to conduct their own research.
