The most effective management decisions are evidence-based hence, the name of our service. EVIDENCE is committed to evaluation and consulting practices that generate evidence for effective management decision-making, and to helping our clients use our findings to achieve results.

EVIDENCE’s approach to evaluation is participatory. We engage a stakeholder committee to drive key decisions in the evaluation or consulting process. This, in turn, maximizes organizational learning, the relevance and useability of findings to decision-makers, and win-win outcomes between various stakeholders. Unlike so many consultations that become “shelfware”, EVIDENCE consultations get used, because stakeholders “own” the process.
