Lavinia
Lamenza, Consultant and Facilitator
Lavinia Lamenza, M.Ed. (Counselling Psychology) brings over 15 years experience
in the social service sector to her consulting work with EVIDENCE. This
experience has helped her link the development of organizations to their
bottom line: providing effective service to meet their clients' needs.
Through her richly diverse background, Lavinia has developed expertise
in all stages of the consulting process, including needs analysis, objective
setting, design and implementation. She is currently completing a Certificate
in Adult Training and Development at the University of Toronto, and has
advanced training in psychotherapy.
Tania Solomos, Researcher
Tania Solomos brings to EVIDENCE a strategic, results-oriented approach to evaluating health and social service programs. Tania obtained a B.A. Hons. in Developmental Psychology and Humanities (York University) and an MHSc. in Health Promotion (University of Toronto). Prior to joining EVIDENCE, Tania’s evaluation activities spanned the non-profit, public and private sectors. A former Board member of the Parkdale Community Health Centre, Tania has also served on various city-wide committees focusing on the needs of youth and vulnerable populations. Previous work has concentrated on the mental health promotion of children, youth and families utilizing a strengths-based approach through counseling, research, and tool development activities. Tania continues to mentor youth in a youth-run, youth-operated counseling service.
